Dr. Tim Williams is a dynamic keynote speaker, accomplished trainer, and seasoned leader with over 35 years of experience in higher education, coaching, and organizational leadership. Specializing in empowering overwhelmed leaders, Tim helps them intentionally prioritize their well-being to lead others more effectively. His approach emphasizes personal development, accountability, and the power of choice, creating a foundation for leaders to build resilient teams and sustainable cultures. 

 

Known for his high energy, passion, and ever-present smile, Tim connects with his audiences through a unique blend of authenticity and expertise. A Jon Gordon-certified speaker and trainer in the Energy Bus, Power of Positive Leadership, and Power of Positive Team, he is a trusted expert on building positive mindsets and fostering transformative change. Tim’s work spans collegiate and professional athletes, business leaders, chamber of commerce groups, FCA gatherings, churches, and other organizations, each benefiting from his insights on leadership, team building, and culture creation. 

 

Holding an Ed.D. in Organizational Management, a Master's in Workforce Education and Development, and a Bachelor's in Education, Tim's journey in higher education has been distinguished and diverse. With roles ranging from assistant baseball coach—where he coached 12 All-Americans and 46 major league draftees—to assistant provost for student affairs, Tim has committed his career to shaping leaders. As the founder of Tim Williams Collaborations LLC, he provides keynote speaking, training, and team-building services to schools, colleges, churches, non-profits, businesses, and sports teams.  

 

A devoted family man, Tim treasures his wife Kit, their three daughters, and their three grandchildren. Together, Tim and Kit are dedicated to reaching, inspiring, and serving others, living out their RISE UP philosophy to help people become the best versions of themselves. Tim is dedicated to serving those who lead by helping them rediscover their purpose, build unbreakable teams, and intentionally foster a culture of well-being. 

 

Dr. Melanie Pecord is a sought-after trainer, speaker, and mentor with nearly three decades of leadership experience in higher education and workforce development. Known for her passion for serving and supporting others, Melanie equips leaders to thrive by fostering intentionality, accountability, and a healthy balance between professional and personal growth. Her work focuses on empowering overwhelmed administrators and teams to lead with purpose, clarity, and confidence. 

 

As the founder of MKPecord Consulting, LLC, and a partner with Tim Williams Collaborations, LLC, Melanie delivers transformative training experiences designed to unlock the full potential of leaders at all levels. Certified by Jon Gordon in The Energy Bus, Power of Positive Leadership, and Power of a Positive Team, she leverages these proven methodologies to help organizations create vibrant, high-performing cultures. Melanie’s belief that everyone can lead from their current role inspires her to guide individuals to embrace their unique leadership styles and make meaningful contributions. 

 

Melanie’s 29-year career in higher education includes roles as a faculty member, Department Chair, Dean, Vice President of Instruction and Student Services, and Provost. She has taught at the collegiate level for over 20 years, hosted workshops and training for businesses, and presented at numerous state and local conferences. Her accolades include the Phi Theta Kappa Distinguished College Administrator of the Year Award and the Illinois Business Education Association Supervisor/Administrator of the Year Award. These achievements reflect her dedication to excellence and her ability to inspire others to reach their full potential. 

 

With a Doctorate in Organizational Management and bachelor's and master's degrees in Workforce Education and Development, Melanie combines academic rigor with hands-on experience to offer tailored guidance to her clients. She has collaborated with state and local organizations, non-profits, business leaders, educators, and emergency management teams, delivering impactful training and consulting solutions. 

 

Melanie’s unwavering commitment to helping others lead with intention and balance has shaped her into a trusted expert who brings clarity and inspiration to those she serves.
